Faith Is The Big Deal

It is noteworthy that in the face of miraculous interventions, Jesus recognized the faith of the recipients. He could have chosen to recognize his power as the cause of the miracles, but he chose to recognize the faith of the recipients as the cause of the miracles.

Every time Jesus said, “Your faith has made you whole!” He truly meant those words. Although that remark seems to undermine the role of his power in the miraculous event, he attempts to let us know that our faith is the most important factor in experiencing divine interventions.

The power of God is always available, but faith is not always available.

The power of God is within you and around you. But if you do not plug in with your faith, your life will remain void of miraculous experiences.

Faith is what you do because of what you believe.

Faith is personal. Faith is relative. Faith is unique to the one who needs a miracle. He must choose a proper action that matches his accurate belief in the available power of God.

It is not so much about the man or the woman of God as it is about the faith of the people.

With Jesus’ constant remark on the faith of the people as the cause of their miracles, he was never idolized. The focus was on the man who demonstrated faith and not on the man who had the power.

Miracles are possible when faith is present.
