Satan Tempted Me!

Lately, satan has been wooing me to embrace occultism as a means of achieving my divine destiny.

From physical conversations with humans involved in it to dreams that point to seeming facts that support occultism, his attempts has been to sow the seed of compromise in my heart.

In a recent dream of the night, satan tried to prove to me that Joseph of the Bible joined the occult. He based his claim on Joseph’s marriage to Asenath the daughter of Poti-pherah priest of On, and his political influence in Egypt. In that dream, he brought other facts to support the idea that there is a level of greatness you can never achieve in this world in the context of your destiny without joining the occult.

satan was intentional about using the example of Joseph because he knew the Lord had told me in the year 2014 that concerning my life, Joseph was the epitome.

One of the highlights of his conversation with me was when he said these words, “Influence is the demand and supply of great people”.

In the dream of the night, he made it appear like you could be a part of the occult and yet hold on to your devotion to Christ. He made it appear like it was a necessary association for the fulfillment of a great destiny.

While I know that it is true that there is a kind of influence and greatness you can never have without joining the occult, I know that such influence and greatness is not the promise of the Father.

Through the wisdom of God in me, I understood the deception of satan and the temptation from satan.

I knew that he was prepping my heart to embrace a wisdom that is not the wisdom of the just.

In the year 2022, on the fifth of June, the Lord had warned me in the dream of the night about the danger of occultism. He said to me, “You cannot use occultic power to achieve eternal results!”

I have my eyes on that which is eternal. I have my eyes on the transformation of lives in the light of the knowledge of Christ.

satan will always use your need to tempt you into a devotion to him. He tempted Jesus using his needs.

Be careful when there is a need in your life. Let the wisdom and power of God guide your heart to say ‘NO’ to satan’s offer.

We are sons of God!
